Kat Fletcher is a versatile Charlotte, NC-based actor, singer, aerialist, and model with a strong dramatic/theatre background (B.A. Theatre Performance & Musical Theatre) and twelve years of stage & screen experience. She incorporates a primarily Stanislavski and Uta Hagen-based approach into her work, with a strong emphasis on preparation, professionalism, and collaboration to build performances that best serve the material and audience. ​

Most recently, Kat appeared in I.A.W.C. Productions' Call Time, written and directed by Harvey Victor, and Nightwire Films' Vents, written and directed by Spencer Bang, Sean Breitkreutz, and Brent Worden.
Outside of performance, she is a freelance lighting designer and technician with credits at the Children's Theatre of Charlotte, Three Bone Theatre, Theatre Charlotte, Matthews Playhouse, and UNC Charlotte, as well as a stagehand with IATSE Local 322.
